Caroline Donatell

Caroline joined the UCM team in October 2025 as Client Relations and Marketing Assistant. She plays a key role in supporting client communications and marketing efforts, and she especially enjoys working alongside the team on the creative elements of events and community initiatives. Getting to know clients and helping create a welcoming experience in the office has quickly become one of her favorite parts of the job.

 

Born and raised in Salina, Caroline graduated from Salina Central High School and went on to earn her degree in Marketing and Sales from Kansas State University. Her passion for connection and creativity makes her a natural fit at UCM.

 

In her free time, Caroline enjoys playing pickleball, attending concerts with her siblings, supporting local businesses downtown, and spending as much time as possible with her niece, Berkley. She is grateful to be part of the UCM family and looks forward to continuing to grow in her role.
