Erica joined United Capital Management of Kansas in December 2011, bringing with her over a decade of experience from a respected estate planning firm. She began her journey with UCM in the Operations Department and, through her dedication and leadership, now serves as the Director of Operations. Erica plays a vital role in streamlining processes and ensuring the firm runs efficiently and with excellence.
A proud graduate of Ell-Saline High School, Erica earned her Associate's Degree from Hutchinson Community College before completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business at Bethany College, with concentrations in Finance and Management.
In 2024, Erica married her longtime sweetheart, Jason. Together, they share a love for quiet evenings at home and the company of their beloved cats.
