Kylee Kolzow

If you’ve ever walked through the doors at United Capital Management, chances are you’ve been greeted by Kylee Kolzow’s bright smile and genuine warmth. Kylee officially joined the UCM team in July 2019 as our Director of First Impressions — but truth be told, she’s been part of the UCM family for years. As the wife of our OSJ, Ryan Kolzow, Kylee already felt like one of us, and we’re thrilled to have her "officially" on board. With her caring nature and natural gift for connecting with people, Kylee makes every client feel like family from the moment they walk in.

A proud Salina native, Kylee graduated from Salina South High School before attending Kansas State University and later earning her dental assisting degree from Salina Technical College. She spent over a decade in the dental field and four years as a licensed insurance agent representative before bringing her talents to UCM.

Kylee and Ryan married in 2017 and are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Jaxon, Brixen, and Emma. Outside the office, Kylee enjoys spending quality time with family, soaking up the sun by their backyard pool on hot summer days, squeezing in a run during her lunch breaks, and traveling anywhere warm and sandy.
