Paige Harding

Paige joined the UCM team in September 2025 as the Executive Assistant in the Norton office. As the first point of contact for clients, she plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment. She also supports advisors Brad Blew and Jeff Hardiek by assisting with meetings and maintaining ongoing client communication.

 

One of Paige’s favorite parts of working at UCM is the positive atmosphere and strong sense of teamwork. She values the family-like culture of the office and is grateful to be part of a team that is both supportive and encouraging. Joining UCM has been an unexpected blessing, and she looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in her role.

 

Raised on a farm in Plainville, Paige graduated from Plainville High School before earning her degree in Business Management. She later completed cosmetology school in Manhattan and began a career in cosmetology prior to joining the UCM team.

 

Outside of work, Paige’s life revolves around her two greatest blessings — her daughter, Rory, and her son, Nash. As an active farm family, they stay busy with 4-H livestock projects and the responsibilities that come with raising animals and building character. By their side, through it all is Sean, their biggest supporter. When they are not tending to farm life, you can find them cheering at sporting events, riding SxS, fishing, or hunting. Paige embraces the simplicity of small-town living and cherishes the memories made along the way.
