Schelyce Hilbert

Schelyce Hilbert brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, beginning her career on the corporate side with Cambridge Investment Research and LPL Financial. There, she played a key role in launching Remote Admin Services and led advisor training during transitions—developing a strong foundation in operational support and business growth.

Since joining United Capital Management in 2023, Schelyce has specialized in training advisors on internal platforms and supporting their business development efforts. She’s passionate about equipping teams with the tools and knowledge they need to grow efficiently and confidently.

Outside of work, Schelyce lives with her husband and three children in Southeast Iowa. She puts her culinary degree to good use by creating custom cakes for friends and family, and her family enjoys spending time together exploring their acreage and seeking out new adventures.
